Ways to Donate to Peace Arch Education Foundation (PAEF)
You can:
- DONATE ONLINE now through your credit card as a charitable contribution.
- MAIL personal checks to PAEF – 5195 Drayton Harbor Rd, Blaine, WA 98230
- GIVE APPRECIATED STOCK for a charitable tax deduction of the market value. This gives a DOUBLE tax benefit: NO capital gains tax AND a charitable tax deduction. Please contact Max at 360-383-7146 for the account information and transfer instructions.
- You can GIVE DIRECTLY FROM YOUR IRA if you are 70 ½ or older, up to $105,000 a year. This avoids taxes on your distribution, a great benefit if you don’t itemize. This gift counts towards Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) for the year if funds transfer directly from the IRA to PAEF. Mail checks to 5195 Drayton Harbor Rd, Blaine WA 98230.
- LIST PAEF AS A BENEFICIARY in your IRA, bank or brokerage account, will or living trust. Please call Max for the Tax ID number for PAEF if you are considering this way of giving.
